Terms and Conditions

Sales:

Sales are subject to availability.

Sales availability can be disrupted due to supply restrictions.

Sales delivery time is an estimate and can be affected by the carrier.

Special Order Products 

Special Order products may be available upon request 

Special Order Produsts will require longer shipping and delivery time. 

Special Order Product request will be considered but not gauranteed. 

Special Order Products will be considered on a case by case basis,

Special Order Product request must be initiated via email..

Refunds

All refunds will be given only after written notification is recieved. 

Written notificeations must be recieved within 10 days after product is recieved.

No refund will be given if product has been worn, used, or damaged in any way.

All tags must remain on the product and product packaging must be intact to recieve a refund. 

Refunds will be given within 30 days after product is returned, recieved. and inspected by Beas Fancy Fashions.

All return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer.
